I've been doing it but it's coming out pretty watery
not bad tasting per say but tea like

recipe
Total water is 250g
Put filter into switch and close switch
Measure and grind 15g of coffee (medium-course)

Samo Bloom:
Pour 50g water at 70c into switch and put 15g coffee
Let sit for 1:30
Release switch and tare scale

Spoon time:
Close switch
90c water
Pour 100g water over spoon layed on top of the coffee bed
Gently “excavate” the coffee bed
Release at 1 minute time
Repeat 1 more time
