I know this isn't HEALTH and Fitness anymore but maybe someone here is a knower. I stopped drinking, haven't had an alcoholic beverage in a month. My diet otherwise has not changed. Recently my gums have been inflammed and bleeding pretty regularly everytime I brush or floss.
Quick search says that alcohol can cause bleeding gums but nothing about quitting. Is it a case of my gums healing from my alcohol abuse?
Not going to a dentist, just curious is anyone has dealt with this before.
