Ye but they haven't and it WILL become an issue. On the first iteration of classic, Horde was favored about 55% to 45% across servers on EU and their queue times for battlegrounds were massive. It's not going to be fixed while the server is on fire due to a myriad of bugs their dumb beta testers did not catch.
