These are four guides I wrote for myself. They cover creating static tasks, repeatable tasks like kill this guy/get a mutant part, a guide on how info_portions work in dialog, and how static dialog works.
There is also the STALKER mod portal wiki but it's extremely outdated and the search feature is broken.

I also recommend keeping the vanilla SoC unpacked game files in a winrar archive. Winrar has a very useful "search for string" feature (the looking glass icon) where you can search the archive for a specific bit of code and see in which files it pops up. It helps a lot in figuring out which files work together. That's how I learned.
