Prior to djects suicide his ex (random "girl" with only a single fake picture to prove her identity) showed up in the 4chan threads speaking exactly like tf while attacking the both of them. Betty clearly noticed something was off and that it obviously wasn't just some scorned exe but instead thought it was dject himself which is fair. Dject and tf sound almost identical and have been constantly confused with one another.
It is likely that tf got jealous of the negative attention dject was getting or was jealous that betty even talked about him.
