It’s honestly worse when they succeed. Jello "PepperspotSunshine" Apocalypse made Epithet Erased rich, regardless of what you think about it personally (It’s like a 6/10 imo) was something that a lot of people like and that success turned him into even more of a massive cunt. I don’t understand how he make his own series, get to experience how difficult it is firsthand to do so (IIRC, he nearly bankrupted himself and lost the use of his hand for like, 6 months), and yet come out the other side with absolutely NO sympathy for any other creator, to the point of actively vandalizing someone else’s work.
