Pretty good, 37yo 205lb 5'10" reporting. 505 DL, 365 squat (haven't gone for a 1rm in a while though) 320 bench, 180 OHP. Playing rugby as a flanker/lock for a local club here in Texas.

Main thing I've noticed is my cardio has ironically gotten better after abandoning long runs and just doing the rugby drills/sprints. I have shit side to side evasiveness so I just try to hit.
