"but it snowed in my third world shithole!" isn't a counterargument since local weather is the result of pressure differentials and other factors that are exacerbated by said increase in gases, if the whole planet gets hotter on average that doesn't mean winter ceases to exist, and it results in more extreme and imbalanced weather locally as mean temperatures rise globally.
