Why are people complaining about a redesign for Sagat when all the other world warriors got one
Ryu has hashogeki and denjin charge
Chun has her stance
Ken has jinrai and run cancels
Blanka has his blanka chans
Deejay is totally different

Only Guile and Honda are mostly the same, Honda didn't really have any other characters to draw from and Guile is just Guile

Sagat now uses a lot of muay thai knees, elbows and clinches that seem a lot like how Adon fights rather than just being a remake of SF2 Sagat, it's a really good redesign
