Took two screenshots from the other GOG site (official GOG search is scuffed) to illustrate my point.
Top image shows that Kagura Games (prominent Jap->Eng publisher) wasn't able to publish a new game on GOG in the last 7 months.
Bottom image list all adult games that were published on GOG sorted by their release date. Only 4 adult games were allowed to be published on the platform in the last 3 months. Keep in mind that a year prior there was a similar amount of published works in a single week.
