Basically cybernetically-induced neoteny that was only partially correctable by new programming and an aggressive battery of hormone therapy. Since turned her life into a mix of doing everything in her power that would upset her devout muslim family and overcompensating for what she perceives is a childlike appearance, IE smoking and drinking like a fish, eating lots of pork, and working at a somewhat predatory lending company.
