People are stupid, they don't understand that Rodeo is a setup card.
They want him to be like the other cards in the OP decks out there that summons 50 million warded dudes with a gorillion HP and sadly when compared to other decks yes he's lacking but when compared to in haven deck he's very much an amazing card that literally sets up your wincon of giving Jeanne birbs to boost and Gryphon amulets to engage.

And if you're ever in the backfoot and you WILL be in turn 7+ he can destroy any enemy, so I also keep him around as simply a more expensive divine thunder when I'm really desperate.
