But what should captivate our attention is how they refer to their God as "mighty Gods"

When jews speak of God, they refer to him as one entity because they are ONE PEOPLE.
Whereas the pagans, more often than not, are a mixed multitude.
What does that have to do with anything? When people communicate or try to convey information, they project their own understanding and inwardly wired nature onto the world in order to express themselves.
When Jews bitch about monotheism, it comes from their rejection to assimilate with the masses
It has nothing to do with the nature of God, who is Holy Gods and its not limited to a trinity either. The trinity is just a kosher simplification for the goyim so that they can get on board more easily.
