I'm 53 and just got turned down for a dishwasher job because I didn't reply to a Zoom Interview invitation quickly enough. They claimed I still had an open application for another job on file at the Hospital I applied at, even though they'd turned me down for that job about 3 months ago. I'm just impressed they showed any interest in me to begin with, I'm not used to even getting responses to my applications now.
Guess I'll keep applying to other jobs for the moment and hold on to my old job for now, where I sit on my ass and watch Youtube tutorials to try to learn new job skills.
