T-84's are pretty blinged out and modernized by Slav-shit standards. Going up against them in T-54's sounds like a seriously unfun experiance. Course Ta Thav looks like its mostly forested highlands, which is hardly ideal tank country.

Went to Chiang Mai on vacation to visit a buddy a couple years ago. Really nice town. Glad they're on the opposite end of the country from the Cambodian chimp out.
