It's a Z1E device, you can get 10+ fps more frames on average at 15w and twice the framerate at 35w. If that's an "incremental improvement" to you then buy a Z2E device. The technology doesn't exist yet for a "true" Deck sequel. It wont be worth it until it matches a Series S at 15w with FSR 4.
