that doesn't make any sense. "plasticy' is combination of lighting, shading, and texturing. the only thing that makes the base game look "plasticy" is the stock shaders. Cel-Shader 0% would damn near look like FighterZ if the game were animated at 25 FPS.

i know, but it'll be fixed. the Smooth Shader has already been updated. i'm dying waiting for the Cel-Shader though.
