Well she looks great. If you want to lean into the lolita thing, there are mods that swap out the player character's skeleton for another named character's. The change isn't just aesthetic, you'll low-profile attacks you normally couldn't slip under. Pic related.

It's a whole bunch of things. New York Harbor is the only place you'd get bridges and old huge churches like that while also being on the coast while also having snowy mountains close enough to be inside the barrier (the Catskills). Plus all the cars have the drivers' seats on the left. There was some other stuff too but it's been way too long.
