germans don't have "wealth" the same way as nordic or americans have
half of the salary goes straight back in the system. Barely anyone owns land or housing. Even if you get lucky to inherit something, it's usually some post war constructions that are in need of renovation or straight up decrepit.
It's not hard to find a job, but positions are slowly equalized for female jobs which just means that the wages for higher paid jobs aren't keeping up with inflation.
Also germany has disproportional amount of employed people, there is no culture of self employment or creating your own business.
Many germans don't feel attached to their job or the place they are living, they think they just move if their current place turns to shit.
