The main people who blind themselves to common sense are the people who have some irrational and childish hatred of history. They are like like little babies, "if I didn't see it live then it wasn't great." Did your parents and schools not instill you will basic values like honor your father and mother? Respect for the elderly is another basic value. The other way people get blinded to common sense is that develop a crush on someone which by definition makes you think irrationally. There are a lot faggots out there that have a crush on Tom Brady and they shit up /nfl/ and every football discussion.
