Try get to an indoor bike, the reclined ones are great anon, don't let anyone tell you it's somehow 'less' for being so, thats bullshit. do 10 mins on that, then switch it up to something like a walk for 10 mins in a slight incline. I promise you within a week you'll be moving that up to 15/15 mins, because you feel like it. 20 mins is perfect to start with, dont murder yourself, you'll get addicted to it very fast this way, you'll be sweating afterward too, but in fact become more resilient to heat and any other form of endurance activity. The cardio effect is real.
