Oh it's just TGJ saying he has a source who claims there's something in September but take with a grain of salt as usual. The last time he made a proclamation like that I think was back in February where Square Enix were supposed to have their own presentation apparently but they cancelled it. Feels like bs though unless anyone else can confirm that was planned. And even if it was I doubt it was for KHIV, if anything it could've been for Missing-Link and that's part of the reason they cancelled the show because they knew by then the game might be dead.

Either way I would be disappointed if we didn't get any more updates on KHIV before the year is out. Between the cancellation of ML and some images showing mostly stuff we've already seen from a trailer 3 years ago, Square would really be taking the cake if they didn't give us anything else. One anon suggested they could do another social media drop sharing 13 more screenshots from IV since they shared 7 in May. So maybe we get that in the coming months and then a trailer or an interview with Nomura at least. Because we haven't even had anything from him beyond the "I'm retiring" comment.
