Both are great, but my vote is giant intern for the role reversal. Though personally, I prefer normal-sized intern and tiny CEO:
>CEO starts slowly shrinking
>It's subtle at first, but his employees find it harder and harder to take him seriously as he shrinks
>No one listens to him anymore when he tries to boss them around
>They start patronizing him, like he's a kid that someone brought to the office and not their boss
>His mousy personal assistant gradually takes over his role now that he's too small to perform his duties
>He keeps his title, but he's basically demoted to office pet
>New intern gets hired
>No one bothers to inform her that he's technically still the CEO
>She tells him to rub her sore feet, but he indignantly yells at her that he owns this company
>She laughs and says, "Yeah right," before pinning him to the ground with her stockinged sole
