The Kingdom Pass is pretty much your best bet for general tigns if you plan on playing daily.
Your second best option is and only if you care about it, the seasonal pass that gives currency for the current legendary+ cookie as it gives you a lot of pulls to get the newest strongest cookie guaranteed, but that's up to you and if you see it's worth it form the looks and/or meta aspect, alongside the other nice rewards it gives!
