I posted a while back, been skating on breaks at work only. i too, was a cruiser 15 years ago and i could never ollie properly. im close landing shuv its and progressing to the kickflip. i still have trouble ollying while moving. i find that stretching and doing jump squats/gallops help with endurance and muscle memory. im only 28 but fuck i can feel the age coming on, my ankles are swollen but no scrapes yet.
