it sounds like you may have alopecia areata not androgenic alopecia anon. your hair loss may not be hormonal. you're not supposed to take dut or fin for that and it wouldn't surprise me you have no results. if you have aa you use minox and go to a derma and get corticosteroids and focus on improving your immune health. they have some new meds for it too. longer term fasting is amazing for immune health read about it if that's your diagnosis.
go to a dermatologist and get a proper diagnosis. if you already did i'd urge a second opinion it is a common misdiagnosis. you could also have both which makes it harder to diagnose and leaves more room for error (very common with aa patients.)
