A lewd scenario makes it pretty easy, at least for Gemini/sapphire sub usage or the free model (which is just slower and I think older Gemini). Or just being initiative in dialog or free actions.
I also made a little dumb mod that makes every NPC have genital descriptions and some details about desires or fetishes, and makes enemies have lewd attacks.
