It means blue collar jobs and future factory jobs will open with americans working it. Hopefully and this is a long shot hope we see rental/housing prices drop to make up for not so great pay growth that we have seen during this funny money printing. The military got a bump of a couple hundred billion so there going to be buying equipment and restocking heavily.
