I literally owned a French railway surp SP101 in .38 special. The trigger was noticeably inferior to any of the numerous J frames I have owned. I sold it because it sucked. Every SP101 trigger I've tried in stores has also been subpar. Sorry if that offends you, but maybe you should actually buy and shoot guns instead of bullshit about them on the internet.
