So, what does he do now? Charge a Rhino, do 4 Dmg and fail to stop it because penetrating hits don't even stun vehicles anymore, and even Rhinos have 5HP anyways?
Charge a tactical squad and be unable to kill the sergeant because they can't duel anymore? Defeat the unit and be unable to kill it because sweeps were removed?
