Jessica's euphoria is AOE poison while Willow is ST poison. In general Jessica makes poison just comfier to play since she has a bunch of fun mechanics like auto triggering poison, increasing poison damage and FUA. So you could even just drop Willow even for ST since her rotation isnt that fun to play and you can just put a different support like Flutterpage for the +AP and FUA bonus for Jessica or Kakania for the attack buffs/genesis damage.

If your current issues with poison team is that it doesnt feel fun to play despite being pretty strong, then Jessica is pretty meaningful in that sense. Late floor reveries still hates poison though.

AAL euphoria is kind of a weird euphoria because it doesnt feel that strong but they add a lot of stages where it does feel good. Basically any stage where it say "if the enemy has multiple neg status" I'll bring AAL to slap them. Rank up is good on paper but it really depends on the team if rank up actually does anything important. For example I like running Hissabeth Druvis AAL but I'll have AAL rank up Druvis S1 for free petrify. AAL will probably be be good in the new plant team but we'll have to see the next patch for how they'll buff Fireseeds
