Okay since everyone here is apparently too mindbroken over consolewarring, let me explain what the fuck is going on.
Wind Waker DOES have serious input lag on NSO. It's shitty. Apparently this was the case for some N64 games back in the day, and it got patched. Hopefully it gets patched here as well.

This is CORRECT. F-Zero and SC feel perfectly fine on NSO, no input lag. It's just Wind Waker for some fucking reason.
It's not the end of the world, Nintendo needs to fucking fix it though.
