nah, the sunrise izumo sleeper service takes almost 12 hours to get from tokyo to yonago where mihono is
you're looking at a 3.5h shinkansen ride from tokyo to okayama,
then the limited express yakumo from okayama to yonago for about 2 hours,
then a 2h local bus from yonago to mihono

you could just fly domestically there though and save yourself that much time, its likely its cheaper than taking that much trains unless you're on the JR pass
