The issue is the whole dome helmet is suppose to be clear. Some figures however will have the back part covered. Either this is because it's impossible to create the red glow effect within his helmet, or because the way it's drawn with a blue outline around it gives it the impression it's the edges of a back cover.
Also why does it look so frosted?
