1. I would've shot whoever suggested Gamepass as a warning to everyone else.
2. Focus on creating more exclusives.
3. Keep competent devs like Tango around, immediately green light a 2nd Hi-Fi Rush after the first one's success.
4. Get Rare to actually make some video games to put those IPs to good use.
5. Acquire Konami instead of Bethesda or ActiBlizzard and start pumping out exclusive Bomberman, Castlevania, and Metal Gear games
6. Actually put out Halo games that people want to play and make the multiplayer good so as to steal market share away from Battlefield and Call of Duty.
7. Absolutely no woke shit. Let Sony have that.
8. Anti-jeet mandate. No more than 10% of any dev team can be jeet.
9. Create new dev teams in underserved parts of the US with lots of talent like Florida, Georgia, Arizona, North Carolina, and New Jersey. Build up in-house developers by cutting their teeth on A/AA exclusive projects that will retail for $20 and $40 respectively, building up they skill and reputation of those new dev studios before letting them take on bigger games.
