You DON'T have a choice if you don't have a free healthcare. When you always have a free alternative, no matter how shitty it is, the paid clinics will actually have to fight for you like crazy, because they have to compete with something that is free by being much better. Free state clinics don't have incentive to scam you because it's free anyway. And knowing that you can always just go there instead anytime, paid clinics have to work fucking hard.
So yeah, if your country doesn't have a free healthcare option, you live in a 3rd world shithole basically.
