found this sitting right in the middle of a trail. Is this an omarolluk or a nutting stone?

My bet is on an omar because I live in a glacial area and it makes more sense to be sitting in the middle of a trail with decent foot traffic, but I realize that I don't really know how to tell the difference between the two. How does one tell?
