Pretty much. Just by specs its probably a bigger technical gap than existed between the export model T-72's the Iraqis had back in 91 and the M1A1 in service at the time. The main saving grace is this is forested highlands and not the Kuwait Desert, where a serious effective range/sensor disparity generally means a turkey shoot. And that the Thai's use a lot of older Patton tanks. Though some of their M60A3's have more modernized optics/FCS), and even the cold war era thermals on the TTS is scary enough once the sun goes down.
