He's got some weird ideas about action economy, making it needlessly complex based on what class you're playing, rather than having a streamlined system that applies to everyone (which DND doesn't do well I agree, but PF2E is great imho). He also thinks monsters should be weak defensively but super powerful offensively for some reason, he thinks it makes combat more exciting. I can see his logic, it theoretically should make enemies feel less like hp sponges, but in practice it seems kind of retarded.
