Better than nothing, but still really gay and stupid. The rush to buy silencers will break e-file and drive wait times back up again. No one cares about SBRs unless we get the full SHORT Act, because it’s a no-brainer to keep using a pistol brace rather than registering your shit and notifying the BATFags every time you want to cross state lines. The registration requirements make everything a huge pain in the ass, and it makes no sense to keep them when the tax isn’t even being collected anymore. It’s like if you had to keep filing your income taxes every year even if you’re paying nothing and getting back nothing.
