As an aside I find it interesting we're hitting another nosedive with this current kerfuffle even though it has no direct financial implications. I suppose capital just doesn't like instability. Or maybe it's that it's again rubbing the nosesof investors in the realization that contract law enforcement is more an aspirational goal than a real thing in the US justice system, which already forced due diligence processes to start cutting out US-based providers.
