Also, admittedly I haven't kept tabs on it, but did Mold Mann at all touch on the fact that it's already completely legal and there's zero recourse for developers to ACTUALLY prevent you from running games, and that the legal distinction in America is that it's specifically illegal to try to circumvent drm, specifically, because the law as it already exists would make it illegal for companies to try to prevent the reverse engineering of software to maintain its functionality?
