A few nights ago, I saw a being in an alley intersection, had a bluish tincture skintone, and a surprised expression, such as my startle upon seeing him at a distance.
I tried spiritual stabbing, but he had a shield of some kind, he stayed put, I circumabulated the alleys to catch him from another angle, but no trace was left.

Thoughts? It was like a shielded blue zombie in appearance, intelligent, slow mover hard hitter, scan says. Likely from another dimension.
