Yes, considerably. CE specifically backported all the HM rebalances and additions they did for Hard to CS making it significantly easier since enemies don't get full turn feeds of turns, deal less damage, and you have Sistermon available to be functionally invulnerable and immune to status effects. It also uses the HM rebalances for things like UlforceVeedramon. CE CS doesn't have to worry about Jimiken for example whereas on PS4/Vita CS his Flamedramon gets 6+ turns sometimes and he's, what, the second boss? The story fight with Kentaurosmon had the entire turn feed filled with just his face for example and you're supposed to win that fight which was felt like random chance that he did stupid stuff.

PS4 and Vita Hard basically mandated you have UlforceVeedramon which would give your entire team first-move priority (Instead of just for Ulforce in the rebalance) so that you could immediately slap Safety Barrier on everyone and then you essentially prayed to get good RNG as you tried buffing and surviving 5+ turns per every one of your turn. Leopardmon for example was you praying he did a basic Attack on one of your characters instead of his speed buff or full team attack, because if he got like five speed buffs off he was functionally Motting you.

Webm related is a typical PS4/Vita Hard Mode boss experience.

I just did PS4 HM on Hard and outside of three specific fights (With one of them being a joke if you just Accel Boost + Lilithmon it) nothing comes close to PS4 CS on Hard. The rebalances and Sistermon really did make things more reasonable.
