1. ASG's simply a distributor, the OEM for a large amount of their GBBs is KJ Works - including CZs (which to my knowledge are actually damn good performers, their P-09 in particular has a legendary reputation), Steyr L9, M9, STI Tac Master 1911, "P18" (KP-13, basically royalty-free G17 which I was able to run for four years before having to replace a couple of parts and get it back up and running) and for this conversation most notably the KC02, which is the base gun their H-22 is built off of
2a. Stock KC02 needs to have a rear stock tang removed from the receiver to fit real stocks (or you need to remove material from the stock, but most go with the receiver mod), unsure if the H-22 needs the same treatment but I'd imagine not?
2b. I believe a niche manufacturer in HK/Taiwan produces flush-fit mags, but they only hold 8 rounds and are very expensive per unit
3. The stock KC02 chassis isn't very good (picrel 1, also heard that the pistol grip is particularly rattly) so even if Hera's stuff isn't great by real-steel standards it probably beats the piss out of the standard Bubba-esque affair it comes with

As for the Novritsch gun, IIRC the quality control is remarkably poor and a great number of parts are too off-spec to allow replacement with off-the-shelf parts - which is a huge issue when the gun has problems and one of the things the KC02 platform is most known for is having a metric shitload of aftermarket available
If you're going to ball out on a KC02, to my knowledge the H-22 is the best route for a stock pick-up-and-play gun with no fuss, however...
