He means Paimon from Genshin Impact. I suspect Traveler/Aether, the MC of the game is based on Lucifer, whom Paimon is most loyal to. He even has light powers and wings that he loses before falling from the heavens at the start of the game. My bet is she'll stay good and become playable in some form.
