Well, to explain a little how I interpret the Ibarakis: to me, Kasen is kind, but dishonest (with herself), and not fully committed to anything; the Arm is serious and traditional, but inflexible and generally trying too hard to be something that can no longer exist; while properly rejoined Ibaraki-douji is well-adjusted, classy, and very sincere; so I figure a more traditional costume that embodies the rich clowning tradition would suit her best.
