Was reading in bed at night using an ancient tablet called Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.4. Android Nougat introduced night mode at 7.1 and this tablet has Android 7.0. So I used a third party app as a blue light filter and I forgot to turn it off. TL;DR: baka desu.
