Yeah, there is an argument here. But quad is like an even worse double mini, but i suppose in optimal conditions/perks that it does scale better then assault slugger.

Hyper is super cool and one of my fav weps in the game. So much fun, but it really by no means is an S tier item, in no world. The ones in S tier is very specific.
