You do realize the average breast size for a woman is a C cup, right? Minus the Blue Eye Samurai is for adults but is centered around a crossdressing woman, all of these children's/teen stories geared towards girls have no reason to give the female characters unrealistically large tits, because that's done for primarily male audiences. This happens in anime too where kiddy shows for boys like Yugioh have teen girls with E cups while kiddy shows for girls like Precure will have C cup character max but usually float around A or B for their leads.
